We are a Shopify Plus accredited agency in London, and we are rebuilding the way an agency works from the inside out. If that sounds more interesting than another job doing it the old way, we would like to meet you.
The way agencies work was settled long before any of this. Roadmaps decided on instinct, reports that arrive too late to act on, and delivery nobody outside the team can see. It does not serve high-growth brands, and it does not serve the people doing the work either.
So we built CSignal, our own platform, and every part of what we do now runs through it. That is the job here: not doing the same work faster, but working out what this craft looks like when the evidence arrives in real time.
Designers, developers, strategists and QA, all employed, all in one team in London. No contractor churn and no work handed to a third party.
