Vytronix is a household appliances brand that focuses on no-frills or gimmicks, just simple quality products. We partnered with Vytronix to support their migration from Magento to Shopify whilst using the migration as an opportunity to enhance the customer experience with an entirely bespoke design and developed Shopify theme. We also partnered with Vytronix to build a custom Shopify app to allow customers to register their Vytronix device and store relevant data under the customer's Shopify profile for easy data retrieval. We worked with Vytronix to design a store that breathes its brand identity, engages customers and is built with best in class Shopify technology.
Following detailed brand discovery, we prepared wireframes for each page of the store to plan customers journeys and page content. We then applied unique and brand consistent creative to the wireframes to craft a store that allows customers to explore the Vytronix range whilst immersing them in their brand identity to improve memorability. From the colour pallete to the look and feel or the UI, the customer always receives a consistent and professional experience. Features on-site included a custom integration with Trustpilot, advanced product filtering and a fully custom my account portal.

Following the design phase completion for Vytronix, our Shopify development team built an entirely bespoke Shopify theme from the ground up to mirror the designs pixel perfect. We built to the store to leverage everything that Shopify has to offer including native SEO, Shopify's built-in content management theme editor with online store 2.0what , blogging and more. Following the Shopify development completion, we optimised the store for performance and provided a complete launch strategy. Although Shopify offers a feature reach and easy to use back-end system, occasionally additional features are required. Vytronix needed a product registration system that would allow customers to register their products whilst allowing Vytronix' customer service team to easily retrieve this data. We designed and developed an entire bespoke private Shopify app that allows customers to register their product. Once a product is registered the app find the customer's account and stores the data directly within the back-end customer profile meaning the customer services team can see all the information about customers orders, details and product registration in one single place. We leverage Shopify's storefront API and a private app hosted with Heroku.
