Doisy & Dam required an ecommerce website that is consistent with their re-brand and delivers the level of excitement and energy that their products and team work to create. The brand also needed an improved, streamlined customer-purchase ecommerce flow with the goal to improve sales. Finally an easy-to-use but advantaged content management solution was vital to allow them full control of the text, colours and images. We worked with Doisy & Dam to revolutionise their D2C ecommerce experience.

We built Doisy & Dam's bespoke ecommerce website upon the Shopify platform to allow them to benefit from an advanced content management system and fantastic ecommerce management tools. Following extensive competitor research, web design discovery and detailed planning we designed each web page from scratch, incorporating the heart of Doisy & Dam’s brand identity. Web based animation and fun hover effects allows the ecommerce website to feel alive whilst delivering strong personality. We built the website using cutting-edge technology to allow visitors to receive a personalised experience to maximise engagement and sales.
Almost every section of the website is changeable with advanced content management meaning the team can keep the website up to date with ease. We achieved a dramatic increase in sales and conversion rate by halving the number of clicks to checkout, real time search and dynamic intelligent product suggestions. The end result was a vibrant and branded ecommerce website experience that sells.
The primary project goal was to increase sales, to achieve this we worked closely with Doisy & Dam to deliver a feature rich ecommerce website powered with cutting edge technology. We built real time search functionality into the website - as an individual begins typing into the search bar they’ll instantly receive smart product suggestions and even related content such as recipes and blogs. Real time search allow users to find products quickly, easily and improves engagement with extra content and pages. Secondly, we incorporated intelligent recommended products which suggests products to the user based on the individuals previous viewing history, previous orders and overall popularity. Offering a personalised sales experience that is reactive to historical data means users can receive a be presented with the products they are most likely to be interested. Oh . . did we mention users can get the payment page in just 2 clicks. The results speak for themselves!

We integrated a bespoke styled Loyalty integration into CluedUpp Games allowing customers to earn points for on and off site actions including writing reviews, completing their profile, placing an order and following on social media.
