Project Brief
Squadron is a watch start-up with a USP of selling stylish and modern watches at an affordable price without compromising on quality. The launch of squadron was a crucial moment that required a well-thought out strategy in order to engage and grow their customer base.

The start-up required a strategic marketing plan in order to hit the ground running, engage customers and make an impact in the extremely over-populated and competitive market.

Squadron also required a full back-end system that would manage their customers and orders in a way that sets them apart from their competitors. They wanted a bespoke system that would handle their business needs in the exact way they wanted and that could be adapted to fulfil future requirements as the company grows - something third party software could not offer.

The Outcome
We started from the ground up with this project. We developed a strong relationship with the directors in order to gain a detailed and reflective understanding of what the business was and what they wanted to achieve. This allowed us to build a clear & strategic brand identity.

Once logo design and brand guidelines were formed we managed all content creation. Squadron is an online-only company therefore high quality product photography was vital. We also researched shoot locations & sourced appropriate models.

We built a full ecommerce website for the watch company ensuring the minimalistic theme was portrayed through the design. The shopping checkout flow is simple and secure offering a seamless and professional experience.
We also provided marketing services such as pay-per-click (PPC), social media content creation and management. We assisted Squadron to gain exposure through social media influences and suceeded in getting a feature in GQ magazine.

We built Squadron a bespoke back-end system including features such as sms & email order updates automation, order & stock tracking for staff & customers, mailing list management, product review data collection and finance & revenue tracking.

Our experise in start-ups meant we could strip back the company to the drawing and build it from the grondp up to produce an end result that was unique, exciting, effective and profitable.
