Squadron is a watch start-up with a USP of selling stylish and modern watches at an affordable price without compromising on quality. The launch of squadron was a crucial moment that required a well-thought out strategy in order to engage and grow their customer base.
The start-up required a strategic marketing plan in order to hit the ground running, engage customers and make an impact in the extremely over-populated and competitive market.
Squadron also required a full back-end system that would manage their customers and orders in a way that sets them apart from their competitors. They wanted a bespoke system that would handle their business needs in the exact way they wanted and that could be adapted to fulfil future requirements as the company grows - something third party software could not offer.
